Fees & Insurance

My fee per session is $150. I am sometimes able to offer a sliding fee scale based on availability.

I am contracted with the following insurance providers:

• Anthem

• First Choice Health Network | FCHN

• First Choice Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• Kaiser PPO (not in network with Kaiser HMO or Kaiser CORE)

• LifeWise

• Modern Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• Premera

• Wellspring Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

If you have coverage with any of the above, I encourage you to find out what your coverage is for outpatient mental health services and to confirm that I am in-network with your plan.

If you don’t have insurance with any of the providers above, but have out-of-network benefits, we can talk about how that might work. Sometimes, one possibility is that you would pay me directly and then submit invoices to your insurer using a receipt (Super Bill) that I provide to you.
